group may process and retain your personal information on our servers in India
where our data centres are located, and/or on the public hosted cloud platform
of third parties (in or outside India), having contractual relationships with Tech58

services offered by us. In case you are an organisation or association of

information have been shared by you with us for the effective usage of our

with the said seller or service provider. If you provide a mobile phone number,
the sellers or service providers or Tech58 group may send you text messages,
whatsapp or email regarding your order's delivery status. Some sellers or
service providers also require you to provide credit or debit card account
information to secure your orders. When you place an order or transact business
through our Services and/or make a payment to a seller or service provider through
our Services, we may also share with them additional information, such as
information about your order preferences and history or information that we
collect from third-parties. Such information you choose to share with a seller
or service provider through our Services may be used by the said seller or
service provider for its own purposes. We do not control the privacy practices

application you may also receive tailored in-application advertisements. Each

and Tech58 group itself. You can log in to manage your email preferences and
follow the "unsubscribe" instructions in commercial email messages,
but note that you cannot opt out of receiving certain administrative policy,
service policy, or legal policy from Tech58 group.
Reviewing,
changing or deleting information
If you would like to review, change or delete personal
information we have collected from you, or permanently delete your account,
please use the "Contact Us" link or contact the Tech58 group Grievance
Officer or send your request by clicking ‘delete my account permanently’ tab
provided in your account profile section.
If you delete your User Contributions from our
websites, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and
archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users of our
websites. Proper access and use of information provided on our websites,
including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
Accessing and correcting
your personal information
We will take reasonable steps to accurately record the
personal information that you provide to us and any subsequent updates. We
encourage you to review, update, and correct the personal information that we
maintain about you, and you may request that we delete personal information
about you that is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant for legitimate
